About me
Hi, my name is Shira Avidan, my Cambridge number is 3011, and I am a 15-year-old freshman at Don Soffer Aventura High School in Aventura, Florida! Given the option to choose from various AICE classes, the first one that caught my eye was AICE Media Studies. Especially as someone exposed to digital media every single day, I believed that this class would allow me to finally appreciate how media plays a role in my daily life. I also thought it would be fascinating to learn about the history of media and how already existing media is produced.
However, what I am most looking forward to is designing digital media, such as magazines and—of course—blogs. Throughout this course, I will be digitally documenting the creation progress of my magazine, all the way from planning to execution.
